As we walked up the hill the the castle in Cochem (that you can read about below), we stopped to take this picture of a quaint, little house on the opposite hill. The minute Alice took the picture, she screamed. You can see it looks a little scary. It was very cold, so we have decided that the flash caught her breath. Thought you would enjoy the picture. Let me know what you think.

It looks like a van Gogh painting, actually.
This picture looks scary to me. I probably would have screamed too.
Amy the party is going to be Friday night instead of Saturday. I decided maybe I shouldn't give people an excuse for not coming to church on Sunday. Call me when you get home for the details. I hope you will still be able to come but if it is too soon after your exciting fun filled trip we will certainly understand.
Jason you are missed more than you could possibly know. Both by staff and by congregation. Come home soon. We are glad you are having fun!!!!
We love you all very much.
Diane and David
Sarah - I knew that looked familiar - you are right!
Diane - We will see how we feel on Friday and decide then. We sure are excited about seeing everyone. I will call sometime Friday.
Love you all
The picture is freeky! I see some eyes in it.
Hope you all have a Happy New Year! We'll be hanging out here at the house with the gang!
Love and miss ya'll,
Leanne
I'd be willing to bet that you and Alice have been enjoying some spicy food and the mist proves it!! Happy New Year!!! We're looking forward to seeing you.
Amy - I wanted to email you but then realized I don't have your address. Would the girls be able to baby sit this weekend : ) I know it's kind of soon after your trip, but when I asked the boys about other babysitters, they were pretty clear that that they really really really want Lilly and Anna. So I thought I'd give it a shot. No worries if they can not.
Sarah - Anna is good with it. Lily is still asleep. I am sure Lily will be good with it. They are resilent teenagers, so they bounce back rather quickly!
Oh, she just arose and she says she is good with it.
My e-mail is amy@cainschapelumc.org, but it is not working for some reason. So just comment her if you have any details.
See you soon!
Leigh - We had not had any spicy food that day...Just a lot of bread!
I voted for Alice's breath--I don't really know Alice, but that's some seriously strong breath to form a full-figured man.....Happy New Year!

Yay, the boys will be so excited. We would need them on Friday....around 6:30 or so?
I've never set up a babysitter all the way from Germany before : )
Happy New Year!!
Know you had a great one, but we missed you!
Thought you might like to see how we spent our evening last night!!
Vist Pearce Family Blog!
love, Paola
Oh, I miss you all so much! Jennifer, you had us all rolling!!!! Paola, loved the pictures. It made me sad though to see the pictures of the Christmas play. I wish we had been there. Sarah, 6:30 will be great. Alice said to tell you the girls will probably come over and put the boys to sleep around 3:30, since that is about 10:30 to their adjusted biological clocks!!!
Love you all and we look forward to being with you.
Amy
When do you come home?
We fly into Montgomery on Thursday night around 7:00 p.m. We will have been on route since about 5:00 a.m. that morning, so I think we will need to spend the night in Montgomery. Jason says he is ready to get to Pensacola and he is going to drive on in. So, all that to say, we will either be home late Thursday night or Friday morning. (Assuming no airline delays!)
I voted for Van Gogh.
